Job Overview
The Warehouse Incharge will oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, inventory management, and timely dispatch of raw materials and finished goods

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Stock Management
Maintain accurate records of inventory (raw materials, packaging, finished goods)

Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to prevent discrepancies

Ensure FIFO (First-In-First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired-First-Out) practices for perishable/cosmetic ingredients

Warehouse Operations
Supervise receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials

Ensure proper handling of sensitive cosmetic/skincare ingredients (temperature control, hygiene)

Optimize warehouse layout for maximum space utilization

Team Leadership
Train and supervise warehouse staff on safety, SOPs, and best practices

Schedule shifts and monitor productivity

Compliance & Safety
Enforce GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety regulations

Maintain documentation for audits (ISO, FDA, or other regulatory standards)

Coordination with Other Departments
Liaise with Production, Procurement, and Logistics teams for smooth operations

Ensure timely availability of materials for manufacturing

Qualifications & Skills
Hard Skills:
Proficiency in inventory management software (ERP/SAP/WMS)

Knowledge of warehouse best practices (5S, Lean)

Experience in GMP-compliant environments (preferred in cosmetics/pharma/FMCG)

Soft Skills:
Strong leadership & problem-solving abilities

Attention to detail (critical for batch tracking in cosmetics)

Time management to meet production deadlines

Key Skills:
Store management, Raw Material, Packaging Material, Inventory, Stock Handling

Education & Certifications:
Any Bachelor s degree

Preferred Experience:
4-6 years in warehouse management, preferably in cosmetics, FMCG, or pharmaceutical manufacturing

Experience with private-label manufacturing is a strong plus
