Job Opening: Warehouse Executive

Company: Ovo Farm Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Guwahati, Assam
Experience: 3 Years - 8 Years
Preference: Local candidates will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and stock reconciliation.
• Coordinate with logistics, transporters, and sales teams for timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain proper documentation for inward, outward, and inventory records.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with FIFO/FEFO practices and warehouse SOPs.
• Monitor warehouse housekeeping, safety, and storage standards.
• Coordinate with the Quality team to ensure proper handling of products.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse MIS reports.
• Ensure optimum utilization of warehouse space and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• 3-8 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
• Good knowledge of inventory control, dispatch, and warehouse documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/WMS systems.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage warehouse operations efficiently.
