Roles and Responsibility
- Manage accounts receivable processes with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with the Medical billing team to ensure timely invoicing and payment collection.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to reduce outstanding accounts and improve cash flow.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve customer inquiries and disputes.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the accounts receivable process.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounts receivable management.
Job Requirements,
- Good Fluency in English and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to Work Night shift
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
