Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound calls from students, parents, and educational institutions to provide information about courses offered by the institution.
• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote educational services and products.
• Process student applications, enrollments, and payments over the phone.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

• 0-4 years of experience in BPO sales or telesales industry.
• Strong communication skills for effective cold calling and inside sales techniques.
• Ability to work on an hourly wage basis with a focus on meeting targets set by management.
