Job Summary

As a Fresher, you will undergo structured training to build a strong foundation in US residential mortgage underwriting. Post training, you will support the review and assessment of mortgage loan files to ensure alignment with investor guidelines and industry standards.

In this role, you will work closely with experienced team members to examine loan documentation, assess credit quality, validate compliance, and assist in risk evaluation processes. You will gradually gain hands-on experience and develop expertise in loan underwriting and risk assessment.

This position is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn, have an interest in mortgage underwriting, and are looking to build a career in the financial services industry.

Eligibility Criteria:

Any Graduate (2020 & 2026 pass-outs)

Good communication skills
