Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the development of AI-powered solutions for banking clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy large language models for various applications such as chatbots, voice assistants, and text analytics.
- Oversee the implementation of ML algorithms to improve customer engagement, risk management, and operational efficiency across multiple channels (online/offline).
- Develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to drive innovation in AI-enabled financial services.
Job Requirements :
- 15-20 years of experience in IT leadership roles including CTO/CTO or Director Technology/Engineering Head positions.
- Strong expertise in artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), generative AI technologies like GPT-3 etc. .
- Proven track record of successfully leading high-performing teams working on complex projects involving large language models.
