VP Product Management

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and execution for the fantasy engagement and subscription business, from ideation to scale.
• Define product strategy, including customer segmentation, game mechanics, pricing, monetization, and long-term roadmap.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Business, Data, and Marketing to build, launch, and scale high-impact consumer products.
• Champion an AI-first product culture by leading from the front, leveraging AI across the product lifecycle, and enabling PMs to build AI-native products from scratch.
• Own the P&L for the business vertical, driving sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and customer retention.
• Establish a strong data-driven operating rhythm by defining success metrics, analyzing product performance, and making rapid, insight-led decisions.
