Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage sales activities to achieve targets for Voice Over IP (VOIP) solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide technical support and resolve customer issues related to VOIP services.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, industry trends, and competitor analysis.
- Provide pre-sales support by preparing proposals, presentations, and demonstrations for potential customers.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in Enterprise Sales or similar role.
- Strong understanding of IP Telephony, PBX systems, SIP protocols, and other relevant technologies.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
