Voice & Accent Trainer

We are seeking an experienced Voice & Accent Trainer to enhance communication skills and service delivery. The role involves training employees on American pronunciation, accent neutralization, and effective Insurance/patient interaction while ensuring alignment with healthcare communication standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Voice & Accent training sessions for new hires and existing employees
• Deliver training on American pronunciation, fluency, intonation, and speech clarity
• Provide accent neutralization coaching to improve communication effectiveness
• Design and develop training modules, materials, and assessments
• Facilitate refresher trainings and continuous improvement programs
• Conduct call audits and provide constructive feedback to improve performance
• Support teams in enhancing customer/patient interaction skills
• Monitor trainee performance and maintain training reports and metrics
• Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify training needs

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in English, Communication, Linguistics, or a related field
• Certification in Voice & Accent Training or Soft Skills (preferred)

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Voice & Accent training
• Prior experience in BPO/KPO environment (preferred)
• Experience working with US clients or healthcare processes
• Prefered US Healthcare experience
