Job Title: Vocational Trainer - NCC

Location: Guwahati (Assam)

Employment Type: Part-Time

Role Summary:

As a Vocational Trainer NCC you will be responsible for imparting vocational training aligned with National Cadet Corps (NCC) values, discipline, and skill development. As a trainer you will guide the students in building leadership qualities, teamwork, physical fitness, and civic responsibility, ensuring holistic development to prepare them for future opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct structured training sessions on NCC-related activities, drills, and skill-based modules.
Develop lesson plans, training schedules, and maintain training records.
Inculcate discipline, leadership, and team-building qualities among students.
Organize camps, community service programs, and other NCC-driven initiatives.
Mentor and guide students in preparing for NCC certifications and examinations.
Coordinate with school authorities, program managers, and other stakeholders for smooth implementation of training.
Ensure safety, compliance, and adherence to NCC protocols during training and activities.
Submit periodic reports on student progress and training outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduates in any discipline.
Mandatory: NCC B or C Certificate holder..
Prior experience in training, teaching, or working with youth will be an added advantage.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to engage and motivate students effectively.
Physical fitness and willingness to participate in outdoor activities, camps, and drills.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, documentation, reporting).
