  • Qualification :
    • ITI / Diploma (Mechanical) or Equivalent.
  • Required Skill Set :

    • 2 5 years of experience as a VMC Machine Operator.
    • Experience in operating VMC machines (Fanuc / Siemens / Heidenhain controls preferred).
    • Experience in job setting, tool setting, offset setting, and quality checking.
    • Experience in the manufacturing, foundry, automobile, or engineering industry will be preferred.

    The ideal candidate should be an ITI/Diploma (Mechanical) qualified professional with 2 5 years of hands-on experience in operating VMC machines. They should possess strong knowledge of machine setup, tooling, offsets, engineering drawings, and precision measuring instruments, with the ability to consistently produce quality components. A proactive attitude, strong troubleshooting skills, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented manufacturing environment are essential.


    Description / Responsibilities (IN DETAIL)
    • Operate VMC machines to produce precision components as per drawing and specifications.
    • Select and set cutting tools, fixtures, and work offsets.
    • Set machine parameters such as speed, feed, and depth of cut.
    • Read and interpret engineering drawings and process sheets accurately.
    • Conversant with all kinds of measuring equipments.
    • Perform routine machine maintenance and daily checks.
    • Monitor machining process and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality.
    • Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow safety procedures.
