We re looking for a Visual Designer who can transform ideas into visually compelling stories.You ll work closely with our strategy, branding, and digital teams to create designs that elevate client brands across print, digital, and social platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who understands both creativity and business impact, who doesn t just design for aesthetics, but for purpose and performance.

Responsibilities

- Design brand identities, including logos, Packaging, color palettes, and visual systems
- Create marketing materials: brochures, social media creatives, emailers, pitch decks, and more
- Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and project managers to execute campaign visuals
- Translate briefs into compelling, high-impact designs that are brand-aligned
- Prepare final artwork for print and digital platforms
- Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs
- Participate in client meetings and feedback sessions when needed

Required Skills & Tools

- Proficiency in Proficient in design software
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
- Experience with social media creatives and visual storytelling
- Attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Bonus: Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or motion graphics tools

Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field
- 1 3 years of experience in an agency or fast-paced creative environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse visual work and design thinking
