Job Description: Anand Niketan values creative expression. We are hiring a Curriculum Specialist to build a comprehensive, graded syllabus for fine arts, craft, and music that nurtures student talents systematically from early years to senior grades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Map a progressive arts and music syllabus that integrates cultural history, theory, and extensive practical execution.
• Coordinate the setup of art studios, instrument inventories, and design interdisciplinary projects combining art with mainstream subjects.
• Design performance rubrics to assess students' creative growth and guide teachers on managing school-wide cultural events.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience creating structured arts/music programs, leading cultural departments, or designing arts content.
• Education: UG: Any Graduate || PG: Master's in Fine Arts (MFA), Performing Arts, or Music (Mandatory).
