Key Responsibilities
- Resolve customer queries in real-time via chat and email platforms.
- Maintain professional grammar, tone, and formatting in all written communication.
- Meet key performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction scores.
- Navigate multiple internal systems simultaneously to troubleshoot client issues.
Logistics and Transport
- Cab Facility: Available within a 25 KM radius of the Jaipur facility.
- Geographic Constraint: Candidates must reside within the operational cab zone.
- Remote Work: This is strictly an on-site role, not open to remote candidates.
