Virtual Drive 7th July - Accounting Support role

Hello all!! There is Virtual drive for 10 minutes on Tuesday 7th July. This is just a VNA round . Hence it is only for 10 mins.

Working Hours: 6 PM - 3 AM (Evening Shift)

Hybrid - Monthly 1 week work from office (Bangalore or Pune) rest is WFH.

Job Description:

• Act as the primary point of contact for the branches, providing comprehensive accounting support
• Responsible for end-to-end support of the accounting lifecycle services
• Resolving aged and high dollar referrals swiftly to reduce financial risks
• Support functional teams by identifying the opportunities to improve first-time accuracy rate
• Reduce reliance on branches for accounting exceptions through self-service
• Collaborate with other F&A teams and SSMs to drive solutions
• Manage queries effectively, aiming to minimize re-work at service center
• Collaborate with branches and accounting teams to identify and support high risk areas
• Foster and maintain a positive relationship with branch staff and accounting teams to enhance overall customer experience
