Job Profile:
- Based at a Client location in Gurgaon
- ITIL Based Service Delivery
- L2 Level trouble shooting and administration
- Networking management, monitoring,
- Installation, maintenance and trouble shooting of Firewall applications
- Email security / network security applications
- LAN/ WAN/SAN configurations and design
- Desktop trouble shooting
- will be expected to interact with Sr people so attitude and demeanour has to be mature, professional , sensible and proactive
- will attend to server, mail and desktop related calls
- constant upgradation of knowledge thru inhouse and internet resources
