Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Key purpose:Vigilance officer for a cluster of properties .Focus on strategic visits, crisis response, liaison and escalation not routine guard tasks.
Top responsibilities:
- Visit each property in the cluster 3 times/week; respond immediately to crises.
- Lead incident response and deescalation; coordinate with police, fire services and municipal authorities.
- Verify Night Residence executive presence, patrol perimeters, check access control and trespassers.
- Maintain night logs, incident reports and handovers; recommend preventive SOPs.
Preferred candidate profile
- Ex-police / ex-serviceman / senior security or field-ops background preferred.
- Physically fit for 12hr night shifts; owns bike/scooter; age 30-60.
- Strong crisis handling, calm communicator,
