Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- End\-to\-End Production
- Execute pre\-production, shooting, and post\-production workflows.
- Handle professional cameras, lighting rigs, and sound equipment during shoots.
- Edit videos into polished final outputs with strong visual storytelling.
- Agriculture QA Production
- Manage technical setup for multi\-camera.
- Ensure high sound clarity and proper framing of hosts, farmers, and experts.
- Collaborate with content teams to make QA sessions engaging and accessible.
Technical Expertise
- Apply advanced editing, sound design, and motion graphics techniques.
- Maintain equipment and ensure technical readiness for field and studio shoots.
- Innovate with modern video production practices and tools.
Collaboration Execution
- Work with videographers, hosts, and assistants during shoots.
- Translate creative briefs into effective video outputs.
- Support scripting and storyboarding processes with technical inputs.
Candidate Profile
Educational Qualifications Skills
- Bachelor\degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of camera work, lighting, sound, and editing.
Professional Experience
Minimum 5\7 years of professional video production experience.
Proven ability to handle end\-to\-end production.
Prior work on educational, documentary, or institutional media preferred.
Performance\-Based Incentives
Eligible for performance\-based incentives linked to production quality and timeliness.
Separation Clause
One monthotice in year one, two months in subsequent years, or salary in lieu.
