Role & responsibilities

• Edit long-form and short-form video content for YouTube, social media platforms, and marketing campaigns.
• Transform raw footage into compelling, engaging, and visually appealing videos.
• Add graphics, animations, transitions, sound effects, captions, and motion elements to enhance content quality.
• Collaborate closely with content creators, educators, marketing teams, and production teams to understand project requirements.
• Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
• Optimize videos for audience retention, engagement, and platform-specific performance.
• Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest editing trends, storytelling techniques, and platform algorithms.
• Handle color correction, audio enhancement, and final rendering processes.
• Organize and maintain video assets, project files, and content libraries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and other relevant editing tools.
• Strong understanding of motion graphics, visual storytelling, and post-production workflows.
• Experience editing content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
• Knowledge of audio editing, colour grading, and video optimization techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
