Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Video Editor with 3 to 4 years of experience to handle end-to-end video editing for real estate projects and other content such as social media, sports, podcasts, and travel videos. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of delivering high-quality videos within tight turnaround times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit real estate property walkthroughs and highlight videos with strong storytelling and pacing
• Work on recurring content including social media videos, sports edits, podcasts, and travel videos
• Ensure consistency in style, branding, and quality across all projects
• Understand client requirements and incorporate feedback effectively
• Deliver projects within defined turnaround times (2448 hours where required)
• Collaborate with internal teams and follow structured workflows
• Continuously explore and use AI tools to improve editing speed and quality
• Strong proficiency in color correction, audio balancing, and transitions
• Capable of working in rotational shifts as per project requirements

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Final Cut Pro and Adobe Premiere Pro
• Good understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, and social media requirements
• Strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling
• Ability to handle bulk/repetitive editing work efficiently
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and text animations
• Experience with AI-based editing tools is an added advantage

Additional/Preferred Skills:

• Experience in real estate video editing is highly preferred
• Familiarity with tools like After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Good communication and clarity in understanding feedback
