Job Description

Job Title: Video Editor Intern
Location: Mumbai-based
As part of a hyper-growth creative agency, you will play a pivotal role in creating high-quality, engaging content for both brands and Homegrown original stories across key channels. This is a highly cross-functional role where you will support our mission to elevate the creative output, personally delivering compelling work through in-depth research and close collaboration with the editorial, analytical, and marketing teams.
The role requires an understanding of various social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and the Web. Youll be doing more than just bringing graphics and video to life youll use your creative background to craft powerful stories with a strong insight into youth and social culture, identity, visual arts, music, fashion, street culture, social justice, and more.
Roles/Responsibilities/Skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and the Creative Suite programs.
  • Demonstrating strong Graphic Design skills: A balance of identity, typography, and layout (Experience with Cinema 4D is a plus).
  • Assisting in conceptualising and producing content for various digital platforms: Campaign execution, presentation layouts, design, social media posts, and templates.
  • Establishing a clear understanding of the storyline and purpose of the videos creation.
  • Ability to think visually, conceptualise stories, and support the editing of video packages.
  • Understanding various brand identities/voices to assist in executing brand campaigns and social visual strategy.
  • Engaging in referencing, pitches, and deck development.
  • Contributing to creative and ideation discussions.
  • Seeking out and implementing new editing technologies and industry best practices to maximize efficiency.
  • Working with creative directors and teams to support larger media goals and development.
