Develop professional video content suitable for LinkedIn, maintaining a corporate and polished tone.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, memes, and reel formats.
Work with the marketing/HR/content team to brainstorm ideas for reels.
Add captions, transitions, music, and effects to enhance video quality.
Deliver videos aligned with brand guidelines and platform requirements.

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of video editing tools (eg, CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
Creativity and a strong sense of humor to craft funny/meme-style reels.
Ability to differentiate between casual/fun content (Instagram) and professional content (LinkedIn).
Familiarity with trending Instagram reel formats, sounds, and editing styles.
Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
A portfolio or sample of past editing work (if available) is a plus.
