Job Description
- Create and edit reels for Instagram that are entertaining, funny, and meme-driven to boost engagement.
- Develop professional video content suitable for LinkedIn, maintaining a corporate and polished tone.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, memes, and reel formats.
- Work with the marketing/HR/content team to brainstorm ideas for reels.
- Add captions, transitions, music, and effects to enhance video quality.
- Deliver videos aligned with brand guidelines and platform requirements.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools (eg, CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
- Creativity and a strong sense of humor to craft funny/meme-style reels.
- Ability to differentiate between casual/fun content (Instagram) and professional content (LinkedIn).
- Familiarity with trending Instagram reel formats, sounds, and editing styles.
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- A portfolio or sample of past editing work (if available) is a plus.
