Role & responsibilities :
Business Intelligence & Data Visualization :
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and scorecards using Power BI and Tableau.
- Architect enterprise-wide BI solutions that provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
- Develop advanced data models, DAX calculations, KPIs, and visualizations to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, governance, and reporting best practices.
Advanced Analytics & Data Science :
- Perform complex analytics and predictive modeling using Python, R, and statistical techniques.
- Analyze large and diverse datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Develop machine learning and AI-driven analytical solutions to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to leadership teams.
Generative AI & AI Agents Development :
- Design and develop AI-powered solutions leveraging Generative AI technologies, including Claude, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, and other LLM-based platforms.
- Build and deploy AI agents to automate business processes, enhance productivity, and improve user experiences.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative use cases across the organization.
- Implement prompt engineering, workflow orchestration, and AI-assisted development practices.
Microsoft 365 & SharePoint Automation :
- Develop applications, workflows, and automation solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Build and maintain business process automation using SharePoint, Power Platform, and related Microsoft technologies.
- Integrate Microsoft 365 services with BI, AI, and automation solutions to streamline business operations.
Robotic Process Automation (RPA) :
- Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath and Blue Prism.
- Identify automation opportunities and optimize manual business processes.
- Monitor, maintain, and enhance RPA solutions to ensure reliability and scalability.
Data Engineering & Database Management :
- Develop and optimize complex queries using SQL.
- Design and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and data integration frameworks.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure high-quality, accessible, and secure data sources.
Architecture & Leadership :
- Define BI, analytics, AI, and automation architecture standards and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technology solutions.
- Drive innovation initiatives related to AI, analytics, and automation.
Preferred candidate profile :
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Act as a key liaison between Internal Audit, IT, and business functions, ensuring alignment on systems, data, and process understanding.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI architecture, development, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Science, or related domains.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, and SQL.
- Experience with Tableau dashboard development and visualization.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, AI agents, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, or similar AI platforms.
- Experience with UiPath and/or Blue Prism for RPA development.
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and workflow automation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
