This is a Trainer/Faculty role in our Arena Animation centre at Nungambakkam

Roles & Responsibilities

Training & Content Delivery

• Teach Modeling, Texturing, Compositing, Visual effects, Tracking, Rotoscoping, Keying, Color correction and Rigging.
• Deliver high-quality training following industry production workflows.
• Provide structured, clear, and practical software demonstrations.
• Train students on VFX and Animation basics, concepts and workflow fundamentals.

Student Portfolio Development

• Guide students in developing production-ready portfolios (3D models, assets, environments, character models).
• Conduct project reviews, assignments, and assessments.
• Mentor students on building demo reels and showreels for industry standards.

Academic Responsibilities

• Prepare lesson plans, academic materials, and project briefs.
• Maintain student attendance, progress records, and evaluation reports.
• Collaborate for curriculum development and improvements.
• Maintain discipline, student engagement, and positive learning atmosphere.

Additional Expectations

• Stay updated with industry tools, trends, and real-time rendering workflows.
• Participate in institute events, exhibitions, workshops, and seminars.
• Support placement team for student interviews, portfolio preparation, and career advice.
