Job Description
•Lead and manage the Life, Motor, and Personal Accident Insurance teams.
•Oversee end-to-end claim processing, verification, and audit activities.
•Monitor productivity, quality, TAT, and operational performance.
•Handle complex operational issues.•Strong knowledge of Life, Motor, and Personal Accident Insurance processes.
•Experience in Insurance/ TPA Operations and Claims Management.
•Strong expertise in team leadership, KPI, TAT & SLA.
