Verification Engineer

Job Summary

As Verification Engineer, conducts target-oriented research to support the design, development, integration, verification, testing, and maintenance of hardware, software, and systems. Contributes to the continuous improvement of products and processes, supports customer-specific feature development, and performs integration, verification, and testing (IVT) to ensure system components meet defined requirements and specifications. Maintains laboratory equipment, tools, and test environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct target-oriented research to support hardware, software, and system development.
• Perform integration, verification, and testing (IVT) of software and hardware components.
• Validate integrated systems against functional and technical requirements.
• Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of products and processes.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve verification and integration issues.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, test setups, and verification tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
• Document test results, verification activities, and technical findings in accordance with project standards.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Applied strong knowledge of communication and networking systems to support verification and testing activities.
• Developed and maintained Python-based automation scripts to improve test efficiency and coverage.
• Worked with test automation frameworks to streamline validation and regression testing.
• Performed data analysis to identify trends, defects, and opportunities for quality improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Leveraged AI/ML fundamentals and AI-assisted tools, including LLMs, Copilot, and Cursor, to enhance test generation and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshot complex networking scenarios to identify root causes and validate solutions.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure product quality.
• Demonstrated a strong learning mindset and adapted quickly to fast-paced, high-technology development environments.
