Role & responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries and drive venue bookings
• Connect with prospective customers and understand their event requirements.
• Recommend suitable venues, packages, and services based on customer needs.
• Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Own revenue and sales targets
• Drive venue bookings and revenue generation to achieve assigned business targets.
• Maximize sales through upselling of packages, services, and event-related offerings.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
• Build strong customer and venue relationships
• Maintain healthy relationships with customers and venue partners.
• Work closely with venue teams to ensure business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate event execution
• Act as the key point of contact between customers, venues, and internal teams.
• Ensure smooth planning and execution of events from booking to completion.
• Resolve customer concerns and operational issues proactively.
• Manage venue operations and stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Monitor venue readiness and service quality for an exceptional customer experience.
• Handle commercial and vendor coordination
• Finalize bookings and agreements with customers as per company guidelines.
• Coordinate with vendors and negotiate rates to ensure cost-effective event execution.
