Venue Manager: Gaming & Entertainment

Role & responsibilities

Racing Point eSports operates premium racing simulator venues in Hyderabad: an 8-pod flagship at Vantage Line Mall and a second venue opening after it. You will run both as Cluster Venue Manager, lead a team of ~13, and answer directly to the founder on revenue and reconciliation. This is a full P&L ownership role.

- Own venue-level P&L for both sites; monthly review with the founder

- Daily end-of-day revenue reconciliation on our billing platform (zero unbilled sessions is the standard)

- Manage rosters, weekly offs, overtime approvals and shift handovers

- Drive memberships, league nights, corporate bookings and birthday packages

- Recruit, train and appraise floor staff

- Coordinate pod uptime with the technician; escalate issues within the hour

- Statutory compliance (Telangana S&E Act hours and OT records)

Preferred candidate profile

- 2-4 years as Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager / Duty Manager / Shift Manager in a hotel (front office, F&B, night audit), FEC, gaming zone, multiplex, QSR cluster or premium retail

- Has led teams of 8+ and personally run daily cash/UPI closings

- Comfortable with dashboards, KPIs and being measured on numbers

- High energy, weekend availability, English + Hindi/Telugu

- Interest in motorsport, racing or gaming culture is a bonus

- No sim racing experience needed - this is a new category in India and we provide full training on our venues, products and platform

Growth path: We are building a multi-venue company on our own software platform. Perform here and the Operations Head seat is yours to lose. Performance incentive up to Rs. 10,000/month pays from month one against clear published targets, on top of base and travel allowance. Health insurance and festival bonus included. Shift: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Monday off.
