Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and analytical Manager - Analytics & Data Science to lead high-impact analytics initiatives and build scalable, data-driven solutions across the organization.

In this role, you will work closely with Business, Product, Growth, Operations, Finance, Customer Experience, and Engineering teams to drive strategic decision-making through actionable insights, advanced analytics, and scalable data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive analytics initiatives across Product, Growth, Operations, Finance, CX, and Shipping functions

- Translate complex business problems into analytical frameworks and actionable insights

- Build dashboards, reporting frameworks, and predictive models for business decision-making

- Lead end-to-end analytics projects from problem definition to deployment and impact measurement

- Partner closely with Product, Business, and Engineering teams to develop scalable analytics solutions

- Define, monitor, and optimize key business metrics and KPIs

- Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and operational efficiency improvements

- Present insights, trends, and strategic recommendations to leadership stakeholders

- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to building a strong analytics culture

Requirements :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields

- 4-7 years of experience in Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence, or related domains

- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python/R

- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Metabase, etc.

- Hands-on exposure to statistical analysis, forecasting, machine learning, and large datasets

- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills

- Prior experience in high-growth startups, fintech, eCommerce, or analytics consulting is preferred

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high ownership and execution focus
