Vehicle Integration Engineer (UGNX)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Vehicle Integration Engineer with experience in Siemens NX (UG NX), DMU (Digital Mock-Up), and full vehicle integration. The candidate will be responsible for integrating vehicle systems, resolving packaging issues, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with design, manufacturing, and regulatory requirements throughout the product development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform full vehicle integration activities for new vehicle programs.
• Develop and modify 3D CAD models using Siemens NX (UG NX).
• Conduct DMU analysis for packaging, clearance, accessibility, maintainability, and serviceability.
• Resolve packaging conflicts and interface issues through cross-functional discussions.
• Perform tolerance stack-up and interference analysis.
• Ensure vehicle-level design meets manufacturing and assembly requirements.
• Support prototype builds, design validation, and issue resolution.
• Participate in engineering change management (ECN/ECR).
• Collaborate with global engineering teams and suppliers.
