Experience in System Admin on Veeva Vault RIM - Registration , Submission , Publishing

Roles & Responsibilities:
- End User support Incident and Problem tickets
- Standard Changes Configuration - Environment Strategy etc
- Vault Yearly Refresh and Release planning
- Technical assessment on Improvement releases
- Draft Test cases and specifications
- Review other integration Changes and Coordinate with Integration team
- Check on Update of Test Data Package
