Job Description







Your Role
As a Veeva Enterprise Architect, you will lead enterprise architecture, AMS transformation, solutioning, and consulting initiatives for global Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical organizations. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT leadership, platform owners, and delivery teams to define strategic architecture roadmaps, optimize application landscapes, and drive digital transformation across regulated environments.
This role requires a strong combination of Veeva platform expertise, Life Sciences domain knowledge, enterprise architecture capabilities, and AMS solutioning experience, along with the ability to support proposals, conduct assessments, and provide strategic guidance for large-scale transformation programs.
In this role, you will:
Lead Pharma AMS assessments, discovery workshops, and application portfolio evaluations.
Define and govern enterprise architecture standards, solution patterns, and technology roadmaps.
Drive architecture reviews, design approvals, and solution governance across Veeva and enterprise platforms.
Design and oversee integrations between Veeva applications, enterprise systems, and external platforms.
Support validation, qualification, and compliance requirements within regulated Life Sciences environments.
Conduct application rationalization, modernization assessments, and technology landscape optimization initiatives.
Lead solution design, estimation, vendor evaluations, and transformation roadmap development.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technology strategy with organizational objectives.
Support AMS pursuits through application inventory assessments, support model definition, and transition planning.
Develop SLA/KPI frameworks, effort estimates, risk assessments, and modernization recommendations for managed services engagements.
Contribute to proposal development, solution narratives, client presentations, and executive-level discussions.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to delivery teams while ensuring adherence to industry regulations and best practices.
