Job Description
We're seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join us in solving real-world challenges, with strong expertise in Gen AI and Agentic AI integrations, along with hands-on experience in architectural design. This is a Lead-level role with an Architectural focus ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of innovation, scalability, and intelligent system design.

What We're Looking For :
- 6+ years of experience in Full Stack development
- Strong problem-solving and logical thinking this matters most
- Ability to build working solutions using any tech stack
- Hands-on use of AI tools to accelerate outcomes
- Curiosity to experiment, learn fast, and iterate
- Bias for action people who build, not just discuss
- Evidence of what you've built projects, hackathons or real-world use cases
- Clear thinking in how you break down problems and approach solutions
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in full-stack development using Python, Node.js, Java, or .Net for backend systems, paired with frontend proficiency in React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Proven ability to design and implement AI-driven solutions, specifically leveraging Python for Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG frameworks.
- Strong architectural mindset with the ability to design distributed systems that are secure, maintainable, and highly performant.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead collaborative team efforts.
