Job Description
ROLES RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inspection of Property Valuation (Commercial/ Residential / Industrial Etc.), checking Built up area (temporary/ permanent separately), Plot area etc.
- Finalize valuation reports.
- Analyze approved plans/Bye Laws and verify whether construction is as per approved plan/bye laws.
- Person will be responsible for the quality of valuation reports estimated market values.
- Resolve queries of the clients regarding valuation reports.
- Adhere to banks- Risk/credit/technical team s guidelines.
- Utilize strategically methodologies for project appraisal.
Key Skills
- Candidate should have relevant knowledge of Property Valuation
- Technical functional expertise
- Strong analytical skills rich experience conceptualizing financial strategy
Relevant Experience
- 3-5 years+ (In Valuation Stream Only)(The Candidates from Banks, NBFCs or any Valuation firms are warmly welcomed to Adroit Family...)

- B.tech- Civil/B.E.- Civil (In Valuation Stream Only)
