- Expert level skills in Photoshop and wire-framing tools like Axure.
- Excellent skills in graphic design, with an eye for typography, palette development, intuitive layout, and a pixel-level attention to detail.
- Excellent understanding of user experience design for mobile and the web, technology trends, demonstrable design skills, and ability to show relevant work.
- Proven ability delivering high quality designs to customers.
- Strong ability to communicate your design vision and defend your design decisions.
- Strong experience in translating UX Design (wire frames, visual comps) into effective web application solutions.
- Excellent visual design skills to conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.
