Job Description
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications with a focus on usability and accessibility
- Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Stay updated on UX/UI trends and best practices
- Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to stakeholders
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback
Required:
- Bachelor s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX process and high-quality UI designs
- Excellent visual design skills with a strong sense of typography, layout, and color theory
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred:
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development
- Knowledge of animation and micro-interactions in UI design
- Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes
