UX Researcher

We are looking for a highly skilled UX Researcher to join our team at Eloelo, playing a crucial role in driving user-centered design and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research methods and techniques, with the ability to analyze complex data sets to inform design decisions.

Roles and Responsibility

• Conduct user research studies to gather insights on product usability, accessibility, and overall user experience.
• Develop and implement research plans, methodologies, and protocols for various projects.
• Analyze and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and engineering, to integrate research findings into product development.
• Design and test prototypes to validate design concepts and iterate on feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in UX research.

Job Requirements

• Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and user research methods.
• Experience with usability testing, interviews, surveys, and other research techniques.
• Proficiency in analyzing complex data sets using tools like Excel, SQL, or statistical software.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
