UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to create cohesive user experiences
• Conduct design research including user studies and data synthesis
• Develop prototypes, journey maps, and UI designs to influence product strategy
• Apply strong visual design principles with attention to typography, color, layout, and hierarchy

Requirements

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and work independently and collaboratively
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Passionate about design with formal education preferred but not mandatory
