To ensure Operations and troubleshooting of VRF Systems, Split ACs, Cassette ACs, AHUs, DX Units, HVAC Automation & AC Controllers (Make: Daikin, Bluestar, Mitsubishi and Trane)
To ensure Operations and troubleshooting Air-Cooled & Water-Cooled Chillers, Chilled Water Systems, Pumps, and Plant Optimization
To ensure the System operational performance , specific energy conservation SEC for cooling systems and Nitrogen plants
To ensure Operations and troubleshooting of Heating and cooling Units (make : Julabo, Huber, LNEYA) both air cooled and water cooled.
To ensure Operations and troubleshooting Cold Rooms (2C to 8C), Deep Freezers, Refrigerators, and Refrigeration Systems
To ensure MTTR and MTBF for breakdown equipments and identify the proper root cause failure (RCA) & CAPA Implementation.
Involving Technical evaluations and preparing BOQ’s for modifications/ new projects .
Ensuring the timely execution of AMC and PM’s .
To maintain critical spares management.
