About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer with 10+ years of experience leading UX

strategy and designing enterprise-scale digital experiences. The ideal candidate will

possess strong expertise in customer experience strategy, discovery workshops, user

centered design, mobile-first commerce experiences, search experience optimization, and

design leadership.

This role requires close collaboration with Business Leaders, Product Owners, Solution

Architects, Engineering Teams, and Customer Stakeholders to define and deliver strategic

UX solutions for large-scale digital commerce platforms. The selected candidate will play a

key role in shaping customer experiences, defining design standards, driving innovation,

and mentoring design teams while ensuring business objectives and customer needs

remain aligned.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the UX lifecycle from discovery through final design handoff.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, design thinking sessions, and UX

strategy discussions.

• Define UX vision aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Lead customer journey mapping, service blueprinting, information architecture, and

interaction design activities.

• Design mobile-first commerce experiences including guided shopping, product

discovery, comparison tools, and recommendation experiences.

• Drive search experience design including autocomplete, search relevance, navigation,

search recovery, personalization opportunities, and recommendation journeys.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, interaction models, and UX specifications.
• Conduct usability evaluations and translate customer insights into actionable design

improvements.

• Collaborate closely with Architects, Developers, Search Engineers, Product Managers,

and Business Owners.

• Review and govern design quality across projects and initiatives.
• Mentor junior UX designers and provide design leadership.
• Present UX strategies and recommendations to executive stakeholders.
• Define reusable UX patterns and promote consistency through enterprise design

systems.

• Support Agile delivery teams throughout project execution.
• Partner with business and technology teams to ensure solutions meet customer and

organizational objectives.

• Participate in project planning, estimation, and roadmap discussions.
