Job Description

SS Tech Services is hiring enthusiastic candidates for its US Voice Process Sales and Customer Support team. The role involves communicating with international customers, understanding their requirements, resolving queries, and providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from US customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
• Promote products or services and achieve sales targets, where applicable.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Deliver a positive customer experience on every call.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Good listening, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in US shifts.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Customer-focused and target-oriented attitude.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are eligible to apply.
