US Technical Recruiter

• Must have Sound knowledge on IT and Technical concepts (a qualified recruiter should have this skill to understand the requirements on any technology).
• Qualified candidate should have understanding of US staffing hiring process (for Contract full-time positions).
• Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals and Internet Based recruiting Tools.
• Must have experience working on all United States Tax-terms (Like w2, 1099 and corp2corp).
• Extensively doing recruitment through job portals like Monster, Dice and Career Builder. Also used several sources like LinkedIn, google groups, internal database, referrals, contacts, mass mailing.
• Must have experience on hiring all levels of technical candidates.
• Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.
• Must have experience working with third party vendors to ensure sourcing resumes in quick turnaround time.
• Must have good rate/salary negotiation closing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of IT positions. Thats why understanding on technologies is very important.
