Role & responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and job descriptions for various US Engineering and Technical positions.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, social media, and other sourcing channels.
• Review resumes and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, availability, and job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, interest, availability, and compensation expectations.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified engineering and technical candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity in the ATS/Recruitment Database.
• Work closely with recruiters, account managers, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to understand hiring priorities.
• Manage multiple requirements and candidates simultaneously while meeting recruitment targets and deadlines.
• Negotiate compensation, manage offers, and support candidates through the joining process.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Achieve individual and team recruitment targets, including submissions, interviews, offers, and closures.
