What You Can Expect To Do

• Preparation of business tax returns
• Manage workflow and file organization system
• Distribution of investor K-1s via investor portal
• Updating tax payment tracker
• Updating income tax projections throughout the year

 

What You Should Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in federal tax compliance at a public accounting firm
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Must have experience in partnership taxation
• Experience in multifamily real estate is desired.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and take ownership
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across properties in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative mindset and comfort working as part of a team
