US Sales Executive

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced US Sales Executive to join our team in Zirakpur. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry, and excellent communication skills.

• Sell flight tickets to clients via booking systems like GDS Amadeus.
• Advise clients on travel arrangements, including visas and passport requirements.
• Handle inbound voice and chat support for international sales.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries promptly.
• Meet sales targets and achieve incentives.
• Work in rotational shifts as required by the role.

• Knowledge of GDS Amadeus and its applications in sales.
• Excellent communication and business telephone skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• A graduate degree is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
