Roles and Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for US staffing projects through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
• Conduct initial phone or video interviews with potential candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidate profiles within the given timeline.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, feedback, and progress throughout the recruitment process.

Job Requirements:

• 0-2 years of experience in BPO/KPO industry or related field.
• Excellent communication skills with strong verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in using tools like Excel, Word, and other relevant software applications.
• Strong client handling skills with ability to build rapport quickly over phone calls.
