US Shift (EST/CST/MST/PST)
Strong communication skills and willingness to work in the US Staffing industry are the key requirements.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end US recruitment lifecycle
- Sourcing & screening US candidates
- Working on US-based requirements
- Coordinating interviews & offer closures
- Managing candidate pipelines through ATS/portals
Candidates with exposure to VMS/MSP, W2 hiring, Bullhorn, JobDiva, or prior US Recruitment experience will have an added advantage.
