Position: US Non-IT Recruiter
Location: Noida (On-site)
Shift: US Shift
Experience: 6 Months 3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Source and recruit candidates for Non-IT roles across the US market
Work on positions such as BFSI, Administrative, Finance, Accounting, HR, Customer Service, Engineering, and other Non-Technical roles
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate pipelines
Negotiate compensation and manage candidate relationships
Meet daily/weekly hiring targets and client expectations
Requirements:
6 months to 3 years of experience in US Staffing/US Recruitment
Experience working on Non-IT requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
