US Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for US-based clients through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the client's requirements.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide them with a shortlist of qualified candidates.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.

Job Requirements :

• 1-6 years of experience in US recruitment or staffing industry.
• Strong understanding of W2 employment laws and regulations in the United States.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work closely with both clients and candidates.
